Tim Anderson, Director of eServices, DocMagic, Inc.
Tim oversees eCommerce and eMortgage service capabilities for DocMagic and brings over 30 years of industry experience. He founded the eMortgage Alliance™ and is a current member of the MBA MISMO Governance and eMortgage Workgroup, ResTech, ERSA,  ALTA Technology and both FreddieMac and FannieMae Vendor Solution Provider Committees.

Kathy Scanlon, Freddie Mac Single-Family Strategic Delivery - Lead Project Manager – UCD / Loan Closing Advisor
Kathy Scanlon is Freddie Mac’s Senior Business Lead for the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) and Loan Closing Advisor, Freddie Mac’s UCD Collection Solution. Kathy has managed the development and deployment activities associated with the Uniform Closing Dataset since its inception in 2013.   Kathy has been with Freddie Mac for 16 years.  During this time, she’s led many initiatives in the Single Family and Capital Markets divisions, including new product, process and system implementations as well as management of Freddie Mac’s Loan Prospector (LP), Home Value Explorer (HVE) and eMortgage offerings.
