I'll be your point of contact during the onboarding process. I look forward to helping you every step of the way as you set up your account and go live with DocMagic.

## Timeline

#### Here's what you can expect during onboarding.

### Basic Account Setup

Our Account Setup Tutorial will walk you through a few simple steps to get started

- Review your profile
- Add users to your account
- Add loan programs

### Schedule Kick-off Call

To ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process, I’ll work with you to schedule the following:

- Configuration of your document packages
- Determine any required custom documents
- Data Verification
- eSign branding and configuration

### Implementation

I will help you and your team work through a few final deliverables before going live:

- Final review of all package types
- Approval of custom forms
- Verify data appearing as expected
- Approval of eSign branding

### Transition to Production

Once onboarding is complete, I’ll help you transition to our Customer Support Team.
