ronRon Carrillo is DocMagic’s Training and Education Supervisor. He is the go-to training resource for all of DocMagic’s products and services. This includes onboarding, training and guidance for new and existing customers on how to make the DocMagic platform work for them. Ron specializes in eMortgage and eSign technology and recently championed the efforts behind LoanMagic, our brand new mobile mortgage application.

Ron holds a degree from the University of San Diego and has been with DocMagic for 17 years. 


jason_p FrameJason Peraza is DocMagic’s Compliance Data Analyst. He provides support for all functions of the Compliance Department by coordinating software and system development modifications. That includes ensuring DocMagic’s systems are always up to date with the most current state and regulatory compliance requirements. With 8 years in the mortgage industry, Jason specializes in identifying, creating, implementing and maintaining DocMagic’s compliance products and services. This includes DocMagic’s auditing system, website, and form selection programming for the company’s library of mortgage loan documents.

Jason maintains an understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to mortgage activity, including federal TILA, RESPA, and HPA requirements, as well as state legal and regulatory requirements for FHA, VA, and USDA. Jason holds a Bachelors degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
